Kevin has served over 16 years in the Fire/EMS service. In addition
to his careers at various hospital systems, he was awarded the State
of Ohio ACEP EMS Star of Life Award as part of the Ohio Task Force
response to Hurricane Katrina/Rita in St. Bernard Parish -
Louisiana's Lower 9th Ward. Deputy Chief Sur is a nationally
recognized speaker with lectures regularly at various Fire
Departments and EMS Agencies including FDIC in Indianapolis.
Kevin is also part of the State of Ohio’s USAR Region 2 Strike Team,
Confined Space/Collapse Rescue Instructor, Incident Safety Officer,
National Firefighter RIT/Rescue Instructor, and TEMS SWAT
Operator.

Jason Brooks
Chief Jason Brooks has 16 years in the Fire/EMS Service. In addition
to being the Fire Chief for Eaton Township, he is a full-time
firefighter/paramedic for the City of Beachwood. Chief Brooks has
been a member of the Heights Area Special Rescue team for 9 years
and was a member of the Chagrin/SE Hazmat Team for 13 years. He
also is the President of JB Rescue, Inc.
Chief Jason Brooks has 16 years in the Fire/EMS Service. In addition
